The Principal has an open-door policy, but in general you are advised to first express your concern to your child’s Class teacher either in writing, by phone or personally by making an appointment.
After a meeting has been held, if as a parent/guardian you still feel that the issue has not been properly addressed or solved, then a follow-up meeting should be arranged jointly with the teacher and the Principal.

Parents may meet the teachers with an appointment on every Thursday between 02:00 pm to 02:30 pm

Parents are not allowed to meet the facilitators during school hours.They are not permitted to directly enter any classroom to meet their Children or the facilitator.

Parent’s can call only between 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
